Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

All returns require authorization. Contact us at support@hauntglowco.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipment is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
